Jonmarc Rasberry CSCS, RSCC, HSSCC, USAW
Human & Sport Performance Coach | Strength & Conditioning Professional
Jonmarc Rasberry is a strength and conditioning professional with more than seven years of experience working with athletes across the youth, high school, collegiate, and private performance settings. His career has been built around developing athletes through evidence-based training, individualized programming, performance testing, athlete monitoring, and long-term athletic development.
Rasberry currently serves as the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Jackson Christian School, a position he has held since 2024. In this role, he oversees the physical development of student-athletes across multiple sports while establishing comprehensive systems for strength, speed, power, conditioning, recovery, testing, and performance monitoring.
At the collegiate level, Rasberry serves as a Strength Coach for Jackson State Community College Volleyball and Baseball, working directly with collegiate athletes to improve physical qualities and prepare them for the demands of competition. In 2026, he expanded his collegiate coaching experience by joining Union University Volleyball as a Strength Coach.
In addition to his school and collegiate roles, Rasberry works as a private strength coach for collegiate football, baseball, and volleyball athletes, providing individualized performance training designed around the specific needs and demands of each athlete and sport.
Beyond coaching, Rasberry has established himself as a leader within the strength and conditioning profession. He currently serves as the Tennessee NHSSCA State Director and has been a member of the Tennessee NHSSCA Advisory Board since 2024. He has also been involved with the NSCA High School Professional Development Group since 2023, contributing to the continued development and advancement of strength and conditioning at the high school level.
His professional philosophy centers on a simple principle:
Test. Train. Track. Adjust. Repeat.
Rasberry believes effective performance training should be intentional, measurable, and athlete-centered. His approach combines foundational strength and conditioning principles with modern performance technology, including velocity-based training, jump testing, GPS monitoring, readiness tracking, and objective performance assessment.
His long-term vision is to build a comprehensive Human & Sport Performance system that bridges the gap between traditional strength training and modern sports science. Through coaching, technology, testing, education, and performance services, Rasberry aims to create environments where athletes can develop physically, compete confidently, and reach their highest potential.
Ultimately, his goal extends beyond coaching individual athletes. He is building a platform that can serve athletes, teams, coaches, and communities while advancing the standard of strength and conditioning in Tennessee and beyond.
