This off season program has given athlete’s a way of getting stronger and more explosive through methods of:

  • Concurrent Training

  • Conjugate

  • Triphasic

In this program you will see multiple aspects that are involved in the weight training experience. Involved are:

  • Traditional Barbell Movements

  • Unilateral Movements

  • Low to Mid Intensity Plyometrics

  • Banded Work

  • Isometrics

BE AWARE… This is strictly weight room training, there is not any speed or agility aspects to this specific program. You MUST have a google account to access the file.

The workout card is only served as a template for the program as it is given and there are NO olympic lifts in this program.
